She is a completely unique, energetic expression of the vast universe as a whole, built from stardust, and nothing less.

She is precious, because the odds that there is, that there ever has been, or there ever will be, another person exactly like Her are so ridiculously, so infinitesimally small as to be basically zero.

She matters. She might seem like the tiniest speck in the quantum field – and She is – but no matter how we choose to think about or define The Bigger Picture, it changes if She’s not in it and if the impact She makes by being here never happened.

Who is She?

I’m holding up a mirror now because She is YOU, Sugar, that fully authentic, glorious woman you are – all your traits, talents, abilities, tastes, predilections, quirks, contradictions, strengths, flaws and the experiences that have shaped you.

YOU are precious.

YOU matter.

YOU have a unique role to play in your time here that is yours and yours alone. Whatever that role is, it is contained in the deepest essence of who you are and in the longing of your heart. It affects the fate of the collective.

So think about that next time you are tempted to hammer on yourself. Say that to yourself when you are looking in the mirror or standing on the Evil Bathroom Scale tomorrow morning, because it speaks to something waaaaay more important, meaningful and useful to your wellbeing than the numbers staring up at you.

She is your deepest truth.

She is the finest compass you could ever have.

She is the key to greater integrity and fulfillment in your life and to being the greatest service to others.

She is where your real power lies.

So instead of wishing you were different or trying to be, embrace Her and love the shit out of Her, the singular treasure of who YOU are.
